Proto lze t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed s profilem SpZ pou\u017e\u00edvat od PN 10. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed povrchov\u00fd tlak je 30 N\/mm\u00b2 m\u00edsto jinak po\u017eadovan\u00fdch 50 N\/mm\u00b2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Od povrchov\u00e9ho tlaku vznikaj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed radi\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edly ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad u t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed zcela vypln\u011bn\u00fdch PTFE. Proto p\u0159i mal\u00fdch jmenovit\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011brech do max. DN 200 a n\u00edzk\u00e9m t\u011bsnic\u00edm tlaku cca 60 N\/mm\u00b2 nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 podep\u00edrat spir\u00e1ly vnit\u0159n\u00edm krou\u017ekem. Vysok\u00e9 tlaky a\/nebo \u010dast\u00e9 zm\u011bny zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vysok\u00fd t\u011bsnic\u00ed tlak, spir\u00e1ly pak mus\u00ed b\u00fdt podep\u0159eny odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed geometri\u00ed p\u0159\u00edruby nebo p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdmi krou\u017eky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee t\u011bsnic\u00ed z\u00f3na z PTFE je chr\u00e1n\u011bna oblastmi vypln\u011bn\u00fdmi grafitem, lze vydr\u017eet extr\u00e9mn\u00ed nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed SpZ s t\u011bsnic\u00ed z\u00f3nou z PTFE DN 150 byly pomoc\u00ed heliov\u00e9ho detektoru net\u011bsnost\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159eny \u00faniky 10-8 mbar I s-1 m-1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed Spiroflex SpFS v proveden\u00ed &#8222;Fire-safe&#8220; jsou opat\u0159ena v\u00fdpl\u0148ov\u00fdmi p\u00e1skami z nesp\u00e9kan\u00e9ho PTFE na vnit\u0159n\u00ed stran\u011b a grafitov\u00fdmi v\u00fdpl\u0148ov\u00fdmi p\u00e1skami na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b. Vhodn\u00e9 pro aplikace, kde v\u00fdrobek nesm\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edt do styku s grafitem a provozn\u00ed teplota je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 250 \u00b0C. Ochrana p\u0159\u00edrub je absolutn\u00ed, proto\u017ee geometrie profilu je speci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobena tlou\u0161\u0165ce p\u0159ekryvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyvinuli jsme r\u016fzn\u00e9 profily, kter\u00e9 vyhovuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm materi\u00e1lov\u00fdm vlastnostem podp\u011br.<br>Skute\u010dn\u00fdm \u00fakolem relativn\u011b m\u011bkk\u00fdch podp\u011br nen\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u011b chr\u00e1nit p\u0159\u00edruby, ale zajistit bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch minim\u00e1ln\u00edch povrchov\u00fdch tlac\u00edch. V profilov\u00e1n\u00ed kovov\u00e9 podp\u011bry vypln\u011bn\u00e9 podp\u011brn\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem vznik\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edos\u00fd nap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fd stav. Zat\u00ed\u017eitelnost se zvy\u0161uje a\u017e na mez pevnosti materi\u00e1lu t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed nebo p\u0159\u00edruby. Mo\u017enosti v\u00fdroby t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f nebo speci\u00e1ln\u00edch proveden\u00ed podle v\u00fdkres\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad ov\u00e1ln\u00fdch t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed, se ov\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad od p\u0159\u00edpadu.
