maintenance Dortmund is one of the leading trade fairs for industrial maintenance, services, and efficient plant processes. As a central industry meeting point, it brings together maintenance professionals, plant operators, service providers, and manufacturers from the process industry, offering a platform for expert exchange, practical solutions, and forward-looking concepts.
On February 25–26, KLINGER Kempchen will be present at maintenance Dortmund at Stand 309, with a clear focus on the safe, standards-compliant, and practical assembly of flange connections.
Practical Focus: The Modular Flange Assembly Competence Test
A highlight of our exhibition is the new, modular Flange Assembly Competence Test. This mobile testing unit offers a practical and service-oriented solution for realistically assessing the actual skills of assembly personnel.
Unlike purely theoretical evaluations, the competence test is consistently based on typical challenges encountered in daily plant operations. These include misalignment situations at flanges, proper handling of bolts and tools, and correctly applying torque according to defined specifications. The goal is to replicate real assembly scenarios, providing a solid assessment of practical competence.
The competence test helps operators to:
- sustainably increase safety standards,
- ensure measurable assembly quality,
- reduce risks in flange connections, and
- reliably meet TA-Luft requirements.
Comprehensive Solutions for Maintenance, Turnarounds, and Operations
In addition to the competence test, we will showcase our innovative sealing solutions for maintenance, turnarounds, and ongoing plant operations. As an experienced sealing manufacturer and engineering partner, we support plant operators holistically – from product selection and technical advice to service-oriented solutions for flange connections.
Our goal is not only to provide products but to develop practical solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and long-term plant availability.
Personal Exchange with Our Experts
For expert discussions, our specialists Frank Beisenbruch, Mohamed Belkassem, and Roman Walich will be available on-site. Take the opportunity to discuss individual questions, exchange experiences, and address specific challenges from your daily operations.
Visit us at Stand 309, test your know-how, engage with our team, and discover solutions that ensure flange connections can be operated safely and efficiently over the long term.
